Resident Liaison Officer

We are seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join the Henry Martin Group team. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth communication and strong relationships between our teams, residents, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing concerns and providing timely updates on project progress.
- Coordinate resident engagement activities, including meetings, consultations, and drop-in sessions.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing issues promptly and escalating where necessary.
- Liaise with site management and project teams to ensure resident requirements are considered in planning and construction activities.
- Manage and update resident communication channels, including newsletters, notices, and digital updates.
- Assist with complaint resolution, ensuring any issues are resolved in line with company policies.
- Conduct home visits and inspections, ensuring residents are fully informed about upcoming works and potential impacts.
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, ensuring compliance with GDPR and company policies.
- Proven experience in a Residential Liaison Officer role within the construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse range of people.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of construction processes, particularly in residential refurbishments or social housing projects is highly advantageous.
