Job Role: Trinityrec is seeking a highly skilled Resident Liaison Officer to join their team due to the exciting expansion of their business and the addition of long-term contracts.

In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for residents when they move into their new home – dealing with any questions, queries, or problems they have. You'll be the bridge between our workers, contractors, site team, and new homeowners, ensuring their questions are dealt with in a helpful and empathetic manner. Training will be provided both in terms of processes and regarding the contractors/workers.

This role is office based, but the candidate needs to be flexible to visit sites in the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional customer service to residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Act as a liaison between residents, workers, contractors, and site teams, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, contractors, and site teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all parties involved.
  4. Collaborate with the site team to ensure that all residents are provided with the necessary information and support during the moving-in process.
  5. Identify and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the moving-in process, ensuring that all residents are satisfied with their experience.

  1. Highly organized and able to work independently.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  5. Flexibility to work in an office-based environment and visit sites as required.
