As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will be the key point of contact between the business, residents, and clients during construction and refurbishment projects. Your role will involve providing clear communication, managing expectations, resolving concerns, and ensuring that residents feel supported and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the first point of contact for residents, addressing any concerns and providing timely updates regarding project progress.

* Coordinate resident engagement activities, including meetings, consultations, and drop-in sessions.

* Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing issues promptly and escalating where necessary.

* Liaise with site management and project teams to ensure resident requirements are considered in planning and construction activities.

* Manage and update resident communication channels, including newsletters, notices, and digital updates.

* Assist with complaint resolution, ensuring any issues are resolved in line with company policies.

* Conduct home visits and inspections, ensuring residents are fully informed about upcoming works and potential impacts.

* Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, ensuring compliance with GDPR and company policies.

Our client is seeking an individual with proven experience in a Residential Liaison Officer role within the construction industry. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse range of people. They will have strong problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of construction processes, particularly in residential refurbishments or social housing projects is highly advantageous.
