About the Role:

Creative Support Ltd is a national, fast-growing not-for-profit organisation providing support to individuals with a wide range of care needs. We are currently seeking enthusiastic, resourceful, and energetic individuals to join our Bank Team as Relief Support Workers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide respectful and dignified personal care to service users.
  • Offer financial support and assistance with daily tasks such as housekeeping, cleaning, and cooking.
  • Work flexibly to cover rotas as needed, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
  • Develop and sustain warm, trusting relationships with service users.

Requirements:

  • Experience is essential for Relief Support Worker roles.
  • Ability to work in a flexible manner, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
  • Access to a vehicle is not necessary, but the ability to get to work is required.
