Job Title: Technical Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team at Connect Personnel Limited. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients in the fire and security industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients to ensure their fire and security systems are functioning optimally
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a technical sales or account management role in the fire and security industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of fire detection and alarm systems, as well as other related technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
