**Conference Producer - Event Manager**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conference Producer to join our team at Media Search Inc. as an Event Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the production of conferences and events, ensuring they are delivered to a high standard and meet the company's financial and attendance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project manage each event from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Conduct thorough research to develop new agendas and events, aligning with the company's business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with leading speakers and research contacts, securing high-quality content for events.
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote events through various channels, including social media and email marketing.
- Ensure all tasks are completed on time and to the highest quality, meeting the company's standards.
- Run pre-and-post-event briefing calls with sponsors and speakers, ensuring smooth event delivery.
- Collaborate with the sponsorship team to deliver high-quality sponsor content, enhancing the overall event experience.
- Contribute positively to the development of new processes and products, driving innovation and growth within the company.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years' experience in producing content for conferences and content-led events.
- Excellent research skills, with the ability to quickly grasp new topics and audience needs.
- Driven to exceed targets, with a proven track record of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Proactive, self-motivated, organized, independent, and a problem solver, with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Commercial acumen and interest in finding new niches and opportunities, with a collaborative team player mindset.
