Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Conference Producer to join our team. As a Senior Conference Producer, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of private bespoke events throughout Europe and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently execute content development, audience development, promotion, and successful implementation of all events.
  • Learn the market and nuances of our clients' model to impact the portfolio immediately.
  • Build rapport and network with ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
  • Plan and attend high-profile conferences, roundtables, and workshops.
  • Conduct pivotal industry research and create innovative conference programs.
  • Develop harmonious relationships with key contacts and sponsors.
  • Acquire and brief world-class speakers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize audience quality and engagement.
  • Provide comprehensive briefs to the sales team.
  • Write detailed event reports for future improvements.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in conference production or related fields.
  • Familiarity with the family business and family office industry is a plus.
  • Proven networking and rapport-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management and multitasking.
