About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Conference Producer to join our team at Honor Search Ltd. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality conferences that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement conference strategies that align with our business goals and objectives
  • Manage the full production process from research to onsite management, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes
  • Build and maintain relationships with speakers, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful conference outcomes
  • Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze conference metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize future events
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in conference production, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality events
  • Strong commercial focus and ability to balance delegate and sponsorship revenues
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Ability to travel internationally several times a year, with a flexible approach to work
  • Passion for B2B climate issues and a willingness to learn and grow in this area
