**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Conference Producer / Content Development Director to join our team at Media IQ Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for taking ownership of an existing portfolio of b2b events, ensuring they deliver relevant and compelling content.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement a strategic production plan for a portfolio of events
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure events are profitable and successful
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new events or grow existing ones
  • Manage event budgets and ensure financial targets are met
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including speakers, sponsors, and attendees

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years of experience as a b2b Conference Producer
  • Experience of launching new events or growing existing ones
  • Strong strategic mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Confident and stable career history
