Senior Conference Producer

Are you a seasoned conference producer looking for a new challenge? We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Conference Producer.

About the Role:

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead the production of our B2B conferences. As a Senior Conference Producer, you'll be responsible for researching and analyzing industry trends, identifying and securing high-profile speakers, and creating engaging and commercially viable agendas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to inform event strategy
  • Develop and maintain a senior advisory network to support event growth
  • Identify and secure industry experts to speak at events
  • Create and manage event agendas, ensuring commercial viability and attendee engagement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive event success and revenue growth
  • Manage event budgets, deadlines, and KPIs to ensure successful delivery
  • Attend and manage events onsite, ensuring seamless execution
  • Continuously evaluate and improve event offerings to drive growth and revenue

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience as a Conference Producer or Senior Conference Producer in B2B conferences
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify industry trends and challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with industry experts and stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
