Senior Conference Producer - Ecommerce/Retail Sector

Location: London (3 days a week) + Working from Home

We are seeking an experienced Conference Producer to join our team and play a key role in the production of our large annual conference. As Senior Producer, you will be responsible for the full production process from research through to speaker acquisition and management.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in conference production, with a proven track record of building conferences with multiple content streams and securing senior speakers. You will also have excellent written and spoken English, as well as the ability to travel internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement conference content strategies
  • Secure and manage international C-level speakers
  • Oversee the full production process, including research, planning, and execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality events
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
