Business Systems Administrator

AFH Wealth Management is seeking a skilled Business Systems Administrator to join their team. As a Business Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining internal records, resolving issues with software providers, and performing data cleansing activities to ensure accurate and up-to-date data within the company's internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain internal records of all providers, online access, and provider agency codes.
  • Assist with the management of IPS and external accounts, and maintain provider credentials to ensure smooth data feeds.
  • Rectify data errors as soon as possible, identifying and notifying the source of the error.
  • Assist with data cleansing projects identified by the firm.

Requirements:

  • Experience in finance is desirable but not essential.
  • Good understanding of internal systems and processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills.
  • Analysing, interpreting, and organising data.
  • Previous customer service experience.
