About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Housing Needs Officer to join our client's housing demand team in Slough Borough Council.
As a key member of the team, you will provide expert advice and support to vulnerable individuals and families, helping them access safe and affordable housing.
- Assisting clients with personal housing plans and providing clear, accurate information about housing options.
- Managing complex cases with professionalism and empathy, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Working closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements and Qualifications
