Academics Ltd is a dynamic and innovative school that provides a supportive and inclusive environment for all our students. We are seeking a Criminology Graduate to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), starting immediately.

About the Role

As an LSA, you will work closely with children who face challenges such as childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, attachment disorders, and PTSD. Your role will involve providing emotional and therapeutic support, guiding them through their school day and helping them succeed academically and personally.

The ideal candidate for this position will be compassionate, approachable, and passionate about working with vulnerable children. A Criminology or Psychology graduate is ideal for this role, as they can apply their knowledge to understand student behavior and identify triggers for negative behaviors.
