JW Lees, a proud family-owned brewery with 150 establishments across the North West and Wales, is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join its thriving IT team in Middleton, North Manchester. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support services to our colleagues, ensuring seamless operation of our technology infrastructure.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and skilled professional to make a real impact at JW Lees. As an IT Support Specialist, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues efficiently, and maintaining our network and hardware infrastructure. You will be the go-to expert for all IT-related matters, working closely with various teams to ensure that our technology meets the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide first-line support for all IT-related queries and incidents, escalating complex issues to senior technicians as needed.
* Maintain and upgrade our IT systems, networks, and hardware to ensure optimal performance and security.
* Develop and implement effective solutions to improve IT service delivery, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT requirements, driving business growth and efficiency.

Requirements:

* A strong background in IT support, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
* Proven experience with Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory, VMWare, Office365, and TCP/IP technologies.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* A full driving license and willingness to travel to sites as required.
