Care Team Leader Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic Care Team Leader to join our team at Kathryn Homes. As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for planning and providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring they feel safe, respected, and independent.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead a team of Care Assistants to deliver exceptional care
* Plan and provide person-centred care that meets the needs of our residents
* Collaborate with the Home Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure the highest care standards
* Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues
* Support the development of our staff through comprehensive training programs

**Requirements:**

* NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (advantageous but not essential)
* Experience of leading teams to deliver exceptional care
* Expertise in dementia care and person-centred care planning
* Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
