Join Praxis Care Group as a Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader to join our team at Maine Valley Ballymena Supported Living Service. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support services to individuals with learning disabilities.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new service and be an integral member of the staff team. You will work closely with the service manager to ensure the best possible outcomes for the individuals we support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to provide person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities
  • Develop and implement care plans that promote independence, choice, and well-being
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless support and services
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and services provided
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
