As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents, particularly those living with dementia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Care Assistants to provide high-quality care that promotes independence, safety, and respect for our residents.
  • Plan and deliver person-centred care that meets the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure seamless care delivery and high standards.
  • Support the development of Care Assistants through comprehensive training and coaching.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and supportive work environment that fosters teamwork and open communication.
