Care Team Leader Opportunity at Kathryn Homes

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Kathryn Homes. As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their safety, respect, and independence.

You will lead a team of Care Assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the highest care standards. Accurate record-keeping and effective communication with colleagues are essential aspects of this role.

Our Care Team Leaders also support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, contributing to the overall success of our care home. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through comprehensive training and development programs.
