Maintenance Contract Management – An Opportunity to Shine

Stallion Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced M&E Contract Manager to join our team. As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated team of maintenance professionals, working closely with clients to deliver exceptional services.

Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily activities of the Maintenance Service team, ensuring seamless delivery of contracted services.
* Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies, incorporating building services and M&E best practices.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, fostering open communication and trust.
* Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement, implementing process enhancements to optimize service delivery.
* Participate in regular site visits, monitoring team performance and providing coaching and guidance as needed.

Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial site management or contract management, preferably with an M&E background.
* Strong understanding of facilities management principles, including building services and maintenance strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and team members.
