Financial Planning Administrator Opportunity

NJR Recruitment is working with a leading firm of independent financial planners to find an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join their team in Warwick.

The successful candidate will provide technical support to a bank of high net worth clients, working closely with allocated IFAs to deliver exceptional service. Key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtaining provider information and collating relevant client-specific illustrations to assist advisers with their recommendations.
  • Running risk profiler results via FE Analytics.
  • Processing new business following adviser handover.
  • Ensuring all compliance documents are on file or provided by the adviser prior to submission.
  • Submitting to providers directly or electronically via platform.
  • Adding plans and activities for tracking to completion.
  • Ensuring clients are advised of progress throughout the process.
  • Assisting with research and producing FE Analytics fund switch reports in line with adviser recommendations.
  • Producing risk profiler results where required.
  • Processing and monitoring switches directly with providers or electronically via platform.
  • Preparing valuation reports.
  • Preparing supporting performance documentation for client review appointments.
  • Preparing review checklists for adviser/client appointments.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Financial Planning Administrator, with knowledge of platform/wrap use. Those working towards the CII Diploma in Financial Planning or with a desire to become qualified are highly sought after.
