Financial Planning Administrator Opportunity

NJR Recruitment is working with a leading firm of independent financial planners to find an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join their team in Warwick.

The successful candidate will provide technical support to a bank of high net worth clients, working closely with allocated IFA's to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain provider information and collate relevant client-specific illustrations to assist advisers with their recommendations.
  • Run risk profiler results via FE Analytics and process new business following adviser handover.
  • Ensure all compliance documents are on file or provided by the adviser prior to submission.
  • Submit applications to providers directly or electronically via platform.
  • Track plans and activities to completion and ensure clients are advised of progress throughout the process.
  • Assist with research and produce FE Analytics fund switch reports in line with adviser recommendations.
  • Process and monitor switches directly with providers or electronically via platform.
  • Prepare valuation reports and supporting performance documentation for client review appointments.
  • Prepare review checklists for adviser/client appointments.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Financial Planning Administrator, with knowledge of platform/wrap use. Those working towards the CII Diploma in Financial Planning or with a desire to become qualified are of high interest.
