The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to a team of Financial Advisors, assisting with the management of a portfolio of High Net Worth Clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtaining provider information and collating this with relevant client-specific illustrations to assist advisors with their recommendations.
  • Running Risk Profiler results via FE Analytics.
  • Processing New Business following advisor handover.
  • Ensuring all compliance documents are on file or provided by advisors prior to submission.
  • Submission to providers directly or electronically via platform.
  • Adding plan and activity for tracking to completion.
  • Ensuring clients are advised of progress throughout the process.
  • Assisting with research and producing FE Analytics fund switch reports (including charges schedules) in line with advisor recommendations.
  • Producing Risk Profiler results where required.
  • Processing and monitoring switches directly with providers or electronically via platform.
  • Preparing valuation reports.
  • Preparing supporting performance documentation for client review appointments.
  • Preparing review checklists for advisor/client appointments.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Financial Planning Administrator, with knowledge of Platform/Wrap use. Those who are working towards the CII Diploma in Financial Planning or who have a desire to become qualified are of high interest.
