NJR Recruitment is currently working with a leading Financial Services Firm who have a strong reputation within the industry. Due to their ongoing growth and success, they have two excellent openings available for a Financial Planning Administrator to join their team in a support role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to a team of Financial Advisers, assisting with the management of a portfolio of High Net Worth Clients. Key responsibilities will include:

**Client Support**

• Obtaining provider information and collating this with relevant client-specific illustrations to assist advisers with their recommendations.

• Running Risk Profiler results via FE Analytics to provide clients with a comprehensive understanding of their financial situation.

• Processing new business following adviser handover, ensuring all compliance documents are in order.

• Submitting applications to providers directly or electronically via a platform.

• Adding plans and activities for tracking to completion, ensuring clients are kept informed throughout the process.

**Research and Analysis**

• Assisting with research and producing FE Analytics fund switch reports, including charges schedules, in line with adviser recommendations.

• Preparing valuation reports and supporting performance documentation for client review appointments.

• Preparing review checklists for adviser/client appointments.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Financial Planning Administrator, with knowledge of Platform/Wrap use. Those working towards the CII Diploma in Financial Planning or who have a desire to become qualified are of high interest.
