We are exclusively seeking a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to join a prominent multi-site organization with a global presence. This role is integral to a high-performing team and involves close collaboration with a distinguished Senior Management Team.

The ideal candidate will have transitioned from a practice environment and thrive in a dynamic, results-driven, and cooperative team setting. You will possess the ability to distill intricate financial data into actionable insights that inform business decisions.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the capability to navigate a matrix organizational structure.

Key Responsibilities - Director of Financial Planning and Analysis:

· Act as the primary owner of the 'below the line' Profit and Loss statement and Cashflow. Collaborate with relevant finance teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of Actuals, quarterly Forecasts, annual Budgets, and the 5-year Strategic Plan.

· Analyze the implications of financial transactions on the corporate Profit and Loss, Cashflows, and Net Debt, including M&A activities, dividends, and share buybacks. Model various scenarios and their effects on key metrics, preparing overlays as necessary.

· Play a crucial role in the monthly Cash Calls with the Chief Financial Officer, presenting corporate elements in a clear and concise manner.

· Serve as the process owner for the broader Forecast, Budget, and 5-year Strategic Plans. Assist in establishing corporate timelines and assumptions while coordinating with FP&A teams across Business Units to ensure effective communication and prompt resolution of issues.

· For quarterly Forecasts, Budgets, and the 5-year Strategic Plans, collaborate with the wider FP&A team to deliver analysis and insights into Business Unit financials, including horizontal bridges, boundary changes, and program performance. Challenge forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans, providing valuable insights to the Senior Management Team.

· Offer financial support for ad hoc projects as required.

Compensation Package - Director of Financial Planning and Analysis:

Base Salary: £90K - £100K
