Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor the implementation of strategic learning and development initiatives at a local level
- Provide administrative support to the Hospital Director and senior management team
- Monitor patient experience and support investigations
- Coordinate responses to complaints and contribute to clinical audits and policy development
- Work closely with various teams to ensure continuous improvement in the quality and safety of our services
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a busy environment with a varied and often demanding workload.
