About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paralegal to join our Legal Team at Farewill, a leading consumer legal tech business in Europe. As a Senior Paralegal, you will report directly to our Head of Legal and work closely with our Senior Legal Counsel, with exposure to every team in the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Legal Operations: Own and manage our work and case management platforms to ensure the team works efficiently.
  • Commercial Contracts: Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including software, strategic partnerships, and more.
  • Corporate Governance: Support the Head of Legal with corporate matters across all Farewill entities.
  • Data Privacy: Assist with day-to-day data privacy-related matters.
  • General Legal Support: Support the Legal team with a variety of legal issues, including research, document preparation, and correspondence.
Requirements
  • A commercially-minded, solutions-focussed Paralegal with 3+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Law.
  • Significant exposure to legal technology and corporate/commercial law.
  • Ambition, a willingness to learn, a desire to work hard, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
