Corporate Paralegal Role at McKinlay Law

We are seeking an experienced corporate paralegal to join our in-house legal team at McKinlay Law. As a key member of our team, you will assist with a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and contract management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation and review of corporate documents, including articles of incorporation, bylaws, and shareholder agreements.
  • Conduct research and analysis on corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and corporate governance.
  • Provide support to our lawyers on corporate transactions, including drafting and reviewing contracts, and conducting due diligence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of corporate transactions and documents.

Requirements:

  • At least 12 months' experience as a corporate paralegal from a top US or international law firm.
  • Strong academics and a positive, proactive approach to work.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
