Corporate Paralegal Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced corporate paralegal to join our in-house legal team at McKinlay Law. The successful candidate will assist with a variety of corporate transactions, working closely with our lawyers to ensure seamless execution.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious corporate paralegal looking to take on new challenges and responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months' experience in a top US or international law firm, strong academics, and a proactive approach to work.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and contract negotiations.
  • Providing administrative support to our lawyers, including document preparation, research, and data analysis.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and customer service.
