Corporate Law Paralegal Opportunity

McKinlay Law, a leading boutique law firm, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Law Paralegal to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the lawyers and assisting with a variety of tasks, including:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document management and organization
  • Conducting legal research and analysis
  • Drafting and preparing legal documents, including briefs
  • Preparing bundles and documents for meetings and court proceedings
  • Providing general paralegal assistance as required

In addition to strong academic credentials, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and business skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. While experience in corporate or employment law is desirable, it is not essential. The ideal candidate will be confident, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
