Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a dynamic Product Sales Director to join our Surface Ship Systems team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing our Surface Ship Systems products while acting as the primary customer focal point for UK and international sales and business development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead product development strategy, capture planning, and bid leadership
  • Identify market trends through customer interaction and insights
  • GrowCounts the future sales pipeline in the UK and export markets
  • Ddelivers to agreed personal targets
  • Inputs into future sales strategy and product requirements
  • Ensures the sales process is implemented and followed
  • Drives product standardization and reuse strategy within sales opportunities
  • Manages and develops relationships with key stakeholders
  • Communicates customer requirements, campaigns, and bid plans to teams across the business

About You

We are looking for an experienced professional with a broad range of capabilities including bid management, product development, and business development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and managing teams to deliver large, complex bids.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, progression and personal development opportunities, flexible working, and a generous pension scheme.
