This role is ideal for an individual with experience in training, events management, or a related field who is looking to start or transition into the third sector. The successful candidate will support the delivery and continuous improvement of education and training programs, working closely with members and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of education and training programs, including course agendas, delegate and speaker support, and course administration.
- Coordinate the day-to-day running of training and education events, including working with speakers, enabling delegate registration, and managing bookings.
- Provide additional support for TOPRA professional development activities as required.
- Work with the DPD, HTQ, and Financial Controller to put together the draft budget for specific events or online development activities.
- Ensure costs are managed and recorded for events or online development activities.
The ideal candidate will have a qualification or experience in event and/or learning management, strong planning and prioritization skills, excellent oral and written English, and excellent customer service skills. They will also have basic financial awareness and understanding, as well as the ability to work in a team to support delivery of overall team or organizational objectives.
