Job Opportunity: Special Needs Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special needs, providing individualized attention and care to ensure their academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide academic and personal support to students with special needs
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a comprehensive and inclusive learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and supportive learning experience
Requirements:
  • Experience working with students with special needs
  • Level 2 or 3 qualification in a relevant field (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
