About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable Mechanical HVAC contractor in the London area as a Mechanical Project Manager. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing commercial projects, typically with values ranging from £100,000 to £2/3 million. Your expertise in managing multiple projects will enable you to drive project success and build strong client relationships.

Your Skills:
To excel in this role, you will need to possess significant experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, preferably with a background in overseeing multiple projects. Experience of CAT B fit outs would be highly beneficial. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage stakeholder expectations will be essential in ensuring successful project delivery.

Benefits:
As a valued member of our team, you can look forward to a competitive salary of £30,000 to £60,000, inclusive of car allowance, pension, and bonus opportunities. You will also enjoy 29 days annual leave, which may need to be allocated for Christmas close-down.
