Compliance Manager Role

As a Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures. You will be responsible for managing audit compliance reviews and undertaking training on compliance to educate the wider team on their understanding. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
  • Manage audit compliance reviews
  • Undertake training on compliance
  • Monitor CPD to ensure the team is kept up to date

Requirements

You will need to be ACA, ACCA, ATT, CTA qualified with a career background developed within accountancy practice. You may also have had a more hands-on, client delivery-focused background as a Client Manager within an existing managerial, review capacity overseeing the delivery of accounts, tax services and wider services to a mixed client base of limited companies, SMEs and OMBs, sole traders and partnerships.

Salary and Benefits
