Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team at Alecto Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our client's AD facilities are compliant with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report RHI and FiT-related revenue streams to the Accounts team and flag any potential delays.
  • Notify Ofgem promptly of any system changes, following up to ensure account accuracy and maintain accreditation compliance.
  • Provide guidance to sites to ensure full compliance with RHI, FiT, and ISCC regulations.
  • Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all feedstocks used meet Ofgem compliance standards.
  • Conduct supplier audits to verify ISCC, RHI, and FiT compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Energy Management Portfolio Manager to ensure accurate hedging volumes in line with the hedging policy.

Requirements:

  • 5 years' experience in working with regulatory bodies
  • Full clean driving license
