Smile Education is committed to providing high-quality education services. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be part of a dedicated team that supports students with special educational needs. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Providing tailored support during lessons and activities.
• Assisting with personal care tasks, ensuring the student's dignity and comfort.
• Collaborating with teachers and staff to implement individualized learning plans.
• Helping the student develop social skills and independence.
• Communicating effectively with the student, parents, and educational staff.

Requirements:
• Experience working with children with special educational needs (desired).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a caring attitude.
• Ability to provide personal care with sensitivity and respect.
• Patience and resilience in challenging situations.
• Relevant qualifications in childcare or special education (preferred).
• A valid DBS check.

Estimated Salary:
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
