About the Role

Talent Works is seeking an experienced recruiter to join our team as a Contingent Workforce Recruiter. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified contingent workers across various roles and industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, professional networks, and industry events, to identify potential candidates.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on the contingent workforce hiring process.
  • Manage contingent worker processes, including worker acquisition, onboarding, assignment management, time and expense management, and offboarding.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for contingent worker recruitment, providing guidance on process, policy, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Maintain and update worker assignments in our vendor management system.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks as needed.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and manage recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and contingent workforce management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruiting contingent workers.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to contingent workforce hiring.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using vendor management systems and other recruitment technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A fast-paced, proactive, and results-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
