Nursing Home Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and caring Nursing Home Manager to join our team at a beautiful nursing home in Weymouth, Dorset. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for managing a clinical team of nurses and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

About the Role
  • Manage a luxury care home with excellent facilities, including beautiful gardens, cafe, and physical attributes.
  • Lead a clinical team of nurses and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents with nursing, residential, respite care, and dementia needs.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure the highest standards of care and safety.
  • Contribute to the development of our care home's reputation for excellence in elderly care.

Requirements
  • Active NMC pin - ideally RGN or RMN, however, experienced non-nurse qualified managers will still be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of elderly care and a stable background in nursing or care management.
  • Ability to lead and manage a clinical team of nurses.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
