Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Night Care Team Leader to join our team at Care South, a leading provider of residential care services. As a Night Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for planning and managing the delivery of high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the delivery of quality care to residents, working closely with a team of Senior Care and Care Assistants
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent care
- Administer medication to residents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to care plans
- Liaise with external medical professionals and residents' families to ensure seamless care coordination
- Ensure care is delivered to the highest standards, in line with Care South's values and policies
Requirements
- Completed NVQ3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Competent in medication administration
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on residents' lives
