About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Care Assistant to join our team at Agincare Group Ltd. As a Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Prepare and serve meals and snacks
  • Participate in light domestic duties, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Engage in activities and provide companionship to residents

About You:

We are looking for a motivated and caring individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. You will have a minimum of 24 months' right to work in the UK and be willing to work alternative weekends.
