About the Role:
- Manage a clinical team of nurses and ensure high-quality care delivery
- Oversee training and development of staff
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulations
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to fill beds and promote the home
Requirements:
- Nurse qualified (RGN or RMN preferred, but non-nurse qualified managers will be considered)
- Experience in nursing home management
- Strong knowledge of elderly care and CQC legislation
