Job Description

Crooton seeks a dedicated and experienced Administrator to fill the position of Care Home Administrator. In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the efficient operation of the care home.

Your responsibilities will include managing Customer Experience, HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Finance, and supervising junior administrators. You must be a confident and professional individual who can effectively communicate with others.

Main Responsibilities
  • Foster a positive and welcoming environment for all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate showrounds and manage the customer database to support business objectives.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Care Home through community engagement initiatives.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £31,000, with additional benefits included.
