Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Power Electronics Engineer to join our team at Recruit 12. This exciting opportunity involves working with an industry-leading high-end manufacturer, operating across various industries involved in advanced engineering projects.
Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop inverter hardware (e.g., SiC/GaN power modules, DC/DC converters, and DC-link capacitors).
- Characterise, test, and validate key power electronic components and systems.
- Perform schematic capture, PCB layout, and circuit analysis.
- Create technical documentation, including manufacturing packs and test procedures.
- Conduct simulation and analysis using tools like Simulink, PLECS, and LTSPICE.
