Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Systems Specialist to join our team at Correct Contract Services Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and a proven track record of implementing effective quality systems.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a Strategic Quality Manager to lead the development and implementation of quality management systems across the organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations, as well as driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality management systems that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee accreditation processes and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 & 14001.
  • Lead internal audits and investigations into quality and safety incidents.
  • Identify and address QHSE risks and opportunities, developing action plans to drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of continuous learning and quality excellence.
Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant field, such as quality management or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in quality management, preferably within a QHSE function.
  • Strong background in conducting internal audits and inspections, especially for ISO standards.
  • Experience working with ISO 9001 & 14001 systems, PAS 2030, and MCS standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
