Role Description

This is a full-time/part-time permanent role working Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. Holiday and sickness cover will be required. We are open to part-time applications.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Booking appointments and managing the diary
  • Keeping the front-of-house area clean and tidy
  • Assisting the vets and nurses when needed
  • Completing insurance claims

A competitive salary of approximately £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered along with a range of benefits, including:
