Lead Our Education Services as a College Principal

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a College Principal, responsible for leading our Education services and inspiring exceptional performance.

About the Role

As a College Principal, you will be responsible for leading and managing the development and implementation of the curriculum and education programmes, championing the Company's ethos, and maintaining a positive and enthusiastic learning environment for pupils and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the development and implementation of the curriculum and education programmes

  • Maintain a positive and enthusiastic learning environment for pupils and colleagues
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve educational outcomes
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and teamwork

Requirements

  • Experience in supporting young people with autism, emotional behavioural difficulties, ADHD, and associated complex needs
  • Resilience, communication, organisation, caring, and attentive skills
  • Ability to lead and manage teams, develop and implement strategies, and champion the Company's ethos
