Lead Our Education Services as a College Principal

We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our Education services as a College Principal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inspiring exceptional performance and maintaining a positive and enthusiastic learning environment for pupils and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the development and implementation of the curriculum and education programmes through continuous improvements.
  • Champion the Company's ethos and values.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and enthusiastic learning environment for pupils and colleagues.
  • Manage and direct staff through inspection processes.
  • Ensure the safe management of employees and resources.

Requirements:

  • Experience in supporting young people with autism, emotional behavioural difficulties, ADHD, and associated complex needs.
  • Resilience, communication, organisation, caring, and attentive skills.
  • Ability to understand and meet the needs of vulnerable children.
