Lead Our Education Services as a College Principal

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a College Principal. As a key member of our Education services, you will be responsible for leading and managing the development and implementation of our curriculum and education programs.

About the Role
  • Resilience: You will work with vulnerable children who have varying degrees of emotional behavioral difficulties, autism, ADHD, and associated complexities, requiring strong resilience and emotional stability.
  • Communication: Effective communication with our young people is crucial to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
  • Organisation: You will be responsible for ensuring the safe management of employees and resources, as well as leading and directing staff through inspection processes.
  • Caring: Our young people require the best care possible, and you will be expected to provide a nurturing and supportive environment.
  • Attentive: No two tasks will be the same, and you must be attentive to understand the needs of the young people we support.
