Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Sales Support Associate to join our team at Frasers Group. As a Sales Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • To greet customers with a sincere and warm welcome and ensure they are aware you are there to help.
  • To ask open questions to find out customers' needs.
  • To recommend, select, and locate the correct merchandise for customers' needs.
  • To receive and process cash and card transactions.
  • To be fully updated on product knowledge.
  • To maintain a customer-friendly and customer-focused environment at all times.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Customer-focused.

Additional Information

We are looking for perspective new staff who are able to work a variety of shifts, covering both weekday and weekend vacancies throughout the summer and onwards towards the busy Christmas period at the end of the year.

This role has no guaranteed hours of work, hours of work can therefore vary from week to week and, as a result, there may be weeks when no hours of work are offered.
